No. You keep the reality, your accountant does the year-end — SimplePurse gives them exactly the slice they need from each activity: bookings and receipts, cleanly exported. That's intent, not a roadmap gap.
Does it write invoices or payment reminders?
No — your receipt pad does that in two seconds. SimplePurse archives the copy on the booking, like any receipt, and keeps track of what you're still expecting. Dunning belongs to your accounting tool, if you ever need one.

Yes. Which booking did you forget? Red is the signal, not the mistake — a true booking is never blocked to protect a false balance. You can only close an account at 0.00 — that's the only barrier, and it belongs there.
Does it warn me when I spend too much?
No. It shows you reality — judging it is your job. You see exactly what went out for food last month, and then you talk about it.
